Destiny Islands Academy has always been a prestigious place to attend, even when it was first open. It was only open to current residents with a grade point average of 3.0 or more. If it dipped below that, then the student would be kicked out of the academy. For years it had been this way...

However, with a new Dean in charge, the academy had become public and the strict rules thrown out the window. Students all the worlds are invited to come, no matter GPA, deeds done in the past, or just flat out rejection from another academy. The most prestigious school had just become the most populated school around.
